Fariba Safizadeh ,PhD

Fariba brings over 20 years of experience in research and development, collaborating with academical and industrial partners in the fields of Hydrometallurgy, Extractive Metallurgy, and Electrochemistry. Since 2019, she has served as a Member of the Hydrometallurgy Committee of The Metallurgy and Materials Society (MetSoc) of The Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM), focusing on the principles and practice of metals extraction from ores or concentrates, and their subsequent transformation into usable forms.
