Stephane Blanchette is a transformational HR leader with over 25 years of experience catalyzing organizational success across startups and large enterprise organizations. He is a Charted Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Conseiller en ressources humaines agréé (CRHA). He brings solid technical insight and a keen ability to align tangible strategies with long-term corporate objectives. Throughout his career, Stephane has been heavily involved in business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and building efficient organizational designs and cultures from scratch mostly for manufacturing and BTB services companies. Stephane holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations from Laval University in Quebec City, Canada.
