Jean Nicolas brings more than 25 years of experience in advanced materials across both academic and industrial settings. He has held technical, operational, and commercial roles within manufacturing organizations specializing in the sourcing, processing, and recycling of critical and strategic minerals for applications including electronics, renewable energy, medical imaging, aerospace, security and defence.
Drawing on his extensive global experience in the production and commercialization of high purity materials, Jean Nicolas offers a unique combination of expertise that positions him well to address our needs in term of Government relations, strategic planning, risk management, and business development.
Jean Nicolas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. He is also a graduate of the Executive MBA program jointly offered by McGill University and HEC Montréal.
