Successful MD/CEO or ED of various ASX, TSX or AIM listed companies over 25 years. 12 years as MD/CEO of lithium producer Allkem ASX:AKE (now Arcadian Lithium), where he cemented major strategic partnerships to take it from a $6 million IPO in 2007 to a multi-billion-dollar market cap on retirement. Richard continued as a Director until January 2024. He was a Director of OZ Minerals from 2019 to 2024 (takeover by BHP).
